Demeter brand is the brand of biodynamic agriculture
The biodynamy looks like homeopaty or acunpunture principles applied to earth
which we consider as a human being. The biodynamical agriculture is one of the
recognized forms of the biological agriculture (it appeared in Germany in 1924
after the appearance of the first chemical fertilizers because of the recycling
of the 1914 war weapons..)
Demeter specifications are more rigourous and strict than the specifications of
organical agriculture European specification.
A particularlity, a vocation:
The biodynamical farms have a main vocation: mixed farming, breeding, in
autonomy.

The charter of « Accueil Paysan »
“Accueil Paysan” is an integral part of agricultural work.
The peasant practising this welcoming wants to make his job and his environment
known (contact with the animals, knowledge of the plants and the seasonal rhythm)
.There is the speciality of his welcoming.
The welcoming is made with the aim of the mutual exchanges and the respect.
This welcoming wants to be opened to every social categories.
“Accueil Paysan” is a factor of local development, the countryside keeps alive.
The peasant grants the farm quality of the products he offers.
“Accueil Peasant” offers a comfort suited to the local housing.
It conceived and organised by those other locals actors allow to improve the
local dynamic subscribing to the “Accueil Paysan” .
